Vl’amir Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! To provide accurate shipping estimates, please refer to the product description of each item.

Shipping Timeline
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Some items ship the same or next day from available inventory, while handcrafted pieces may require 1–4 weeks for production and fulfillment. Quality takes time, and we greatly appreciate your patience.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, a follow-up email with your tracking number will be sent.

Shipping Responsibility
Once a package has shipped, Vl’amir is not responsible for carrier delays or issues. Any delivery problems must be resolved directly with USPS/UPS. If a package is lost, it is the carrier’s responsibility to process claims and locate it.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Vl’amir due to non-acceptance or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering reshipping fees with their chosen courier.

Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
